Bespoke Garden Design

Creating beautiful, functional garden and outdoor spaces is our passion here at Elm Landscaping and Tree Surgery Services. Whether you are starting from a green field site or considering an existing garden makeover, we offer a comprehensive design and consultation service guaranteed to suit your needs.

We look after every aspect of the design and landscaping process and can also offer advice on soft and hard landscaping options, planting solutions, garden refurbishments and upgrades, maintenance and remedial works including tree surgery, shaping, pruning and site clearance. Although every project we take on is different, our end goal is always the same - to leave you with a garden you will love.

Our 3-step design process: How it works

1) Initial consultation and site survey

The first step is to meet with our landscape architect on site where we can discuss the type of garden you would like, taking into account the site characteristics and your own personal preferences. This meeting will enable us to prepare a design that matches your requirements.

2) Masterplan drawing and client approval

landscape drafting of proposed layout

After the initial consultation, we prepare a sketch proposal followed by landscape masterplan drawings, which will set out the component parts of the overall design for your review and approval. We can then take you through the design and disciplines involved. We will also be available at all stages to answer any questions you may have.

3) Budgeting and cost estimation

Once you are happy with the design, we can provide a detailed bill of quantity setting out the overall cost including:

  • Full Landscape Construction
  • Site Supervision
  • Project Management
  • After Care Management

If you do not require the full design and construction process but would like to speak to someone about how your garden can be improved, we will be more than happy to help. Just give us a call on 087 279 8611 or contact us by email at
