Our Managing Directors have over 50 years of combined experience in both the Construction and Landscaping industry. This puts us in the unique position of being able to offer our clients the knowledge and skill involved in both the site clearance and preparation, design and build of your garden room and also the additional extras you may require to complete your garden cabin, such as decking, paving or artificial grass.

Garden Rooms by Elm Landscaping and Tree Services Ltd.
Our Managing Director Michael Eustace is also at the helm of Elm Landscaping and Tree Surgery Services Ltd. Since its establishment in 2008, the family-run Elm Landscaping and Tree Surgery Services has grown to become the trusted choice for hard and soft garden landscaping, ground works, professional tree surgery and arboriculture services nationwide. Michaels extensive experience gives him a unique perspective when it comes to garden design, ground preparation and foundation installation. Fitting your garden room into your space may require site clearance, tree surgery or shaping and moulding of the landscape, this is our area of expertise. We can take your vision for your outdoor space from design concept to practical completion. Michael identified a gap in the market for a premium grade, luxury garden room solution while working with clients on their landscape projects.
We are collaborating on this project with Damien Hennessey, the owner of Silver Creek Developments, a successful building contracting company specialising in Residential and Commercial dwellings and projects, new builds and renovations. Damien’s unique skill set includes extensive experience working in Nantucket Island where most of the homes are timber framed to preserve the “old time” feeling of the island. Coming from a family of outstanding tradesmen, Damien honed his skills working on high end, luxury properties in the United States. With over 25 years working in carpentry and blockwork, Damien developed and ran a construction company including frame to finish and oversaw the whole process of construction as a general contractor. Since returning home to Ireland Damien is keen to bring his knowledge and appreciation of timber structures and dwellings to the Irish market.

We supply a high-end product, specifically designed for the Irish market with damp proof membranes, extra window seals, end trims and sealants.
All timbers used are from slow grown Scandinavian Pine and are FSC certified.
Showroom
Our showroom is based in Ennis, Co. Clare. We offer our clients the opportunity to come and view our Garden Rooms in a specifically designed space incorporating the products and services provided by Elm Landscaping and Tree Surgery Services Ltd, including paving, decking, artificial grass, water features and much more. Our aim is to enhance the customer experience, inspire people to get creative with their outside space and show you what we can do to make your project special.
